The end of the city is interpreted as a city on its’ own; as the modification to the topography is introduced – deducting ground to form the lake and by settling the ground around it, we form the 4 hills which provide the introversion of the topographical effect, that is to be included in the approach to the design of both the social housing and the settlement as a whole.
key words: hill, lake, re-interpretation, open-corridor system, gallery, vegetation, artificial
The hill is treated as a designed artificial structure whose surface is based on communications (ramps + staircase) and houses.
Social housing combined with infrastructure presents a re-interpretation of the open-corridor system in collective housing, contrary to the open corridor system in social housing in the city center, the system in this project is interpreted differently regarding the location at the city outskirts.
A| krovna površina proizilazi iz terena, ona je prohodna; pristupa se sa galerije iznad kuce preko vertikalne komunikacije kretanjem nanize. Sa bocne strane nalazi se kosa polu-privatna basta; 1 etaža;
B| krovna površina proizilazi iz terena, ona je prohodna; pristupa se sa galerije ispod/ispred kuce sa bocne strane preko platforme koja je pobezana sa kosom polu-privatnom bastom; 1 etaža;
C| teren se izdiže po obodu i postaje zid kuća; kosa basta sa bocne strane; pristup sa galerije iznad kuce direktnim ulaskom na drugu etažu; 2 etaže;
D| teren se izdiže po obodu i postaje zid kuća + kosa basta sa bocne strane + pristup sa galerije ispod kuce direktnim ulaskom na prvi nivo sa bočne strane kuće + 2 etaže;
E| kula se proteže celom visinom terena; pristupa se kroz jezgro u kome se nalazi lift koji vodi od parkiga direktno do stanova u kuli; od 4 do 6 etaža;
The housing logic is in relation to the topography, where every type of house corresponds in an unique way.
A| The roof is formed from the topography, it is walkable on; the access is from the gallery above the house over the vertical communications. There is a slopped, semi-private garden on the side of the house; 1 level;
B| The roof is formed from the topography, it is walkable on; the access is from the gallery below/ in front of the house by a platform connected to the slopped, semi-private garden on the side of the house; 1 level;
C| the topography rises along the perimeter of the house and becomes its wall; slopped garden on the side of the house; the acces is from the gallery above the house which provides direct access to the 2nd level of the house; 2 levels;
D| the topography rises along the perimeter of the house and becomes its wall; slopped gardens on the sides of the house; the acces is from the gallery on the first level of the house; 2 levels;
E| the tower extends throughout the whole volume of the topography; the access is through the central core where the elevator provides direct connection from the parking underneath the hill to the apartments in the tower; from 4 to 6 levels.
The housing Typology is consisted of 3 types of houses 1| double single level house (A and B) + 2| double two level houses (B i C) + luxury tower (E); every type has a view towards the lake and a slopped semi-private garden on the hill (pool, greenhouse, stands) with appropriate vegetation which is suitable for characteristics of slopped topographies.
