Project is based on creating space that is a line between closed and open, and that integrates free energy contained in the natural environment. Two of the major factors that shape the area are weather and water.Connecting the Institute for New Media and current sociological aspects of block 45, is combined in this space that is alternating sequence of actions depending on the pace of climate change. Underground space, occurs as a statement of the lesser temperature variability, and the apparent isolation; connectivity with the river as a desire to feel closer to the coastline in further part of the block 45.Mapping of water circulation in all three states (liquid – river / irrigation, solid – ice, gas -evaporation from the pool in winter), as curved movement with the limits of free surface, led to series of ramps with different slope and width, depending on the activity for which it is designed and the way the water would have to move through it.The ability for each user to independently determine what is the optimal temperature and thus to locate himself at a certain level (in summer – colder air, winter – warmer air) and the desire to join activities of “schoolyard” with the activities provided for work of the institute, where there is always present motion, opposite to the uniformed and sterile spaces.
Projekat se zasniva na stvaranju prostora koji predstavlja liniju između zatvorenog i otvorenog i integriše oslobođene energije koje se nalaze u prirodnom okruženju. Dva glavna faktora oblikuju prostor – atmosferske promene i voda. Povezivanje instituta za nove medije i trenutnog sociološkog aspekta bloka, spojeno je u ovaj prostor koji predstavlja naizmeničan sled aktivnosti u zavisnosti od ritma klime. Podzemlje, se javlja kao konstatacija o manjem varijabilitetu temperature, i prividnoj izolovanosti; a povezivanje sa rekom kao želja da se osećaj obale približi daljem delu bloka.Mapiranje cirkulisanja vode u sva tri agregatna stanja (tečno – reka / navodnjavanje, čvrsto-led, gasovito -isparavanje zimi iz bazena ), kao krivolinsko kretanje zajedno sa granicama slobodne površine bloka, je dovelo do niza rampi različitih nagiba i širina u zavisnosti od aktivnosti za koju je predviđena i načina kako bi voda trebala da se kreće po njoj.Mogućnost da svaki korisnik samostalno odredi koja je njemu optimalna tempetarura i da se prema tome locira na određenom nivou (leti – na svežijem prostoru, zimi – na toplijem) i želja da se aktivnosti “školskog dvorišta” spoje sa aktivnostima predviđenim za rad u institutu, gde je prisutno konstatno kretanje, suprotno sterilnim i uniformisanim prostorima.
